Can I cancel my booking and receive a refund?
Yes. All CiaoNaples tours can be canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of departure or no-shows are non-refundable.

How much walking is involved in the tours?
Walking distances vary by tour. Archaeological sites such as Pompeii or Herculaneum involve walking on uneven surfaces for several hours.

Are tours suitable for guests with reduced mobility or wheelchair users?
Many historical sites are not fully accessible. Private tours may be adapted when possible. Please contact us in advance.

Can I bring a stroller?
Yes, but archaeological sites often have uneven terrain. We recommend a baby carrier when possible.

Are tours suitable for children?
Yes. Our tours are family-friendly. Private tours can be paced to children’s needs.

Where do I meet the guide or driver?
After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with clear meeting or pickup details.

How do I recognize the guide or driver?
For private tours, the driver or guide will meet you at the agreed location, usually holding a sign with your name.

What happens if I arrive late?
Please arrive on time. Minor delays may be accommodated when possible.
Significant delays may result in a shortened tour or loss of service without refund.

Do you offer private or shared tours?
CiaoNaples offers both, depending on the experience selected.

An exclusive experience for you and your group.

What is a shared tour?
Shared tours follow a fixed itinerary and schedule.

Can I customize the departure time or itinerary?
Yes, customization is available only for private tours.

Do you organize tailor-made tours?
Yes. We can create custom itineraries on request.

When will I receive my booking confirmation?
It is sent by email immediately after completing the booking.

Do I need to print my voucher?
No. A digital copy on your smartphone is sufficient.

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during high season.

In which languages are the tours available?
Primarily in English. Spanish, French, and Italian also available subject to guide availability.

Are entrance tickets included?
This depends on the specific tour. If not included, this is clearly stated in the tour description.

Is there a dress code?
If the tour includes churches or religious sites, shoulders and knees must be covered.

What should I bring?
Comfortable shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, water, and a valid ID.

Do tours operate in bad weather?
Yes. In the event of extreme weather, we will offer rescheduling or a full refund.

Is tipping mandatory?
No. Tips are optional and at your discretion.
