For private tours, the client provides the meeting point at the time of booking. For shared/group tours, the meeting point is pre-assigned and selected during booking. Full details — including the exact address, a map pin, and your guide’s contact — are sent immediately after confirmation.
You can book online through our website or by contacting us directly via WhatsApp or email. Once your booking is submitted, you’ll receive an automatic confirmation with all the details — tour itinerary, meeting point, and your guide’s contact. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.
We kindly ask all guests to arrive at the meeting point on time. Our guides will wait up to 15 minutes past the scheduled start. After that, the tour may depart without a refund. If you’re running late, please contact your guide directly — we’ll always do our best to accommodate.
Safety is our top priority. In the event of severe weather, we will offer a full reschedule or refund at no extra cost. Our team monitors forecasts 48 hours in advance and will notify you promptly. Light rain does not typically affect our tours — we recommend bringing a light jacket just in case.
Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before your tour’s start time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable. If we cancel due to weather or operational reasons, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional charge.
