The name “Ciao Naples” comes from the idea of welcoming every guest with the warm, informal greeting that is part of Naples’ everyday life—a simple “ciao” that opens the door to extraordinary discoveries.
Ciao Naples was founded in 2022 by Davide Lombardo, after five years of experience as a guide, driver, and tour leader, together with a small team passionate about art, history, and food.
What started as a love for the cultural heritage of Campania soon grew: in 2023, we expanded our team with specialized guides and trusted partners in the food & beverage world; in 2024, we introduced transfer services to Pompeii, the Amalfi Coast, and Caserta, with comfort and safety as priorities. In 2025, we strengthened our operations and refined our experiences even further, so we’re ready for the 2026 season with an even higher level of service and attention to detail.

For private tours, we are flexible with delays; however, late arrivals may shorten the total experience duration.
For shared/group tours, a 30-minute waiting period is allowed; after that, the booking will be considered a no-show.
For private transfers, drivers will wait up to 45 minutes.
Walking tours and minivan or bus tours operate in all weather conditions.
If institutional issues or strikes prevent the activity from taking place, we will offer a refund or an alternative date.
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the experience.
After booking, you will receive a confirmation voucher with a link to manage your reservation, change the date, or cancel it yourself within 48 hours.
