Yes. All CiaoNaples tours can be canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of departure or no-shows are non-refundable.
How much walking is involved in the tours?
Walking distances vary by tour. Archaeological sites such as Pompeii or Herculaneum involve walking on uneven surfaces for several hours. We strongly recommend comfortable walking shoes.
Are tours suitable for guests with reduced mobility or wheelchair users?
Many historical and archaeological sites are not fully accessible. However, private tours may be adapted when possible. Please contact us in advance to discuss the best solution.
Can I bring a stroller?
Yes, but please note that archaeological sites often have uneven terrain. When possible, we recommend using a baby carrier. For tours with transportation included, strollers can usually be stored in the vehicle.

Yes. Our tours are family-friendly. Private tours can be paced to children’s needs, while shared tours follow a fixed itinerary.
Where do I meet the guide or driver?
After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with clear meeting or pickup details.
For tours with transfers included, pickup is provided directly from your hotel, accommodation, port, or agreed address.
How do I recognize the guide or driver?
For private tours, the driver or guide will meet you at the agreed location, usually holding a sign with your name.
What happens if I arrive late?
Please arrive on time. Minor delays may be accommodated when possible.
Significant delays may result in a shortened tour or loss of service without refund, especially on shared tours.

What is a private tour?
A private tour is an exclusive experience for you and your group. Departure time, language, and itinerary can be customized when possible.
What is a shared (small-group) tour?
Shared tours follow a fixed itinerary and schedule and cannot be modified because other participants are involved.
Can I customize the departure time or itinerary?
Yes, customization is available only for private tours. Shared tours have fixed schedules.
Do you organize tailor-made tours?
Yes. We can create custom itineraries on request, including special experiences, multiple destinations, or private transfers.
When will I receive my booking confirmation?
It is sent by email immediately after completing the booking.
Do I need to print my voucher?
No. A digital copy on your smartphone is sufficient.

In the event of extreme weather or site closures ordered by authorities, we will offer rescheduling or a full refund.
Is tipping mandatory?

What if I lose or forget an item during the tour?
Please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist, but recovery cannot be guaranteed. If shipping is required, the guest is responsible for the costs.
